Return & Refund Policy (U.S. Customers – Jewelry Purchases)

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The jewelry must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • All tags & certificates if any, and original packaging must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to Start a Return

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions.

  3. Ship the jewelry back to our return center at:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your jewelry upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For health, safety, and customization reasons, certain items are non-returnable:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (including engravings, bespoke orders, or special designs).

  • Earrings (due to hygiene regulations).

  • Final sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your refund is approved.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
