3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Shopify-approved payment gateways.
Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days.
Standard and expedited shipping options will be available at checkout.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or customs issues.
Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Eligibility:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags, certificates, and packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom or personalized jewelry (including engravings or bespoke orders).
Earrings (due to hygiene regulations).
Final sale or clearance items.
Gift cards.

Process:

If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and inspection. Your bank or card provider may take longer to post funds.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive another item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order separately.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped.
Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
