1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or unforeseen supply chain delays.

  • Custom or personalized jewelry may require additional time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at checkout or via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress and contact the carrier for updates once the package is in transit.


4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping may be available upon request, subject to additional fees and customs regulations.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once a package leaves our facility, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once tracking shows the order has been accepted by the carrier.

  • Customers must contact the carrier directly for claims. We will provide assistance with documentation if needed.


6. Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.


7. Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives visibly damaged, please document it immediately with photos and contact both the carrier and our support team within 48 hours.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, but liability for transit damage rests with the carrier.


8. Signature Confirmation (Optional)

  • For high-value jewelry orders, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

  • Customers can opt in for signature confirmation at checkout for added security.


9. Changes & Cancellations

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address, cancel, or reroute the package.

  • Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed.
