Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery progress and contact the carrier for updates once the package is in transit.
4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

International shipping may be available upon request, subject to additional fees and customs regulations.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once tracking shows the order has been accepted by the carrier.

Customers must contact the carrier directly for claims. We will provide assistance with documentation if needed.
6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.
7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please document it immediately with photos and contact both the carrier and our support team within 48 hours.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, but liability for transit damage rests with the carrier.
8. Signature Confirmation (Optional)

For high-value jewelry orders, we may require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Customers can opt in for signature confirmation at checkout for added security.
9. Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address, cancel, or reroute the package.

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed.
